Logistically Virtual Production shoots are better as you do not have to arrange international travel for all models and crew involved. In a controlled environment at our studio you have more time for your shoot, there is no need to work around the hours of daylight…the sun can be manipulated which means you can continue to run through the night. This offers more flexibility and helps to optimise energy usage. LED screens also use produce less heat and use significantly lower power which helps towards reducing your carbon emissions.
Virtual Production also significantly reduces the need for a physical set, whilst still offering you a creative LED solution to work with. Often art directors working on summer campaigns in our virtual production studio will recycle and reuse set materials on other shoots.
At Silvertown studios we utilise the latest on-camera LED with a high refresh rate of 250Hz, resulting in your summer campaign images being captured at a paramount professional level.
Often in the Fashion Industry the third scope is the one which has the largest contributing factor on final emissions figures.
